Sorry for not writing much this weekend, heck I hardly did anything this weekend, so I was not just neglecting the blog. ;) Weekends seem to go by much faster now that Gillie is here, and we don't even really do anything. I have to get out of the house at least once, or I will go stir crazy. I went to Target and Home Depot this afternoon....man I forgot how much I hate traffic. I only drive about 7 mile from my house to work, and it is usually around 6-6:30 I leave, so not much traffic. Going over to Beaver Creek Commons in Apex, is as bad as Crossroads in Cary now, and I don't really like it. I love the amenities of living in an area like this, but I really can't take most of the people. People on their cell phones, (yes I do drive and talk, but not very much at all) not using blinkers, turning left from the right hand turn lane, going all the way to the end of a double lane, when it was clearly marked 1000 feet before that "lane ends, 1000 feet." Stuff like that just really annoys me. It always has. Come on people be a little more considerate to those around you and maybe we won't have so many accidents in one day. It is ridiculous. Then I come home and see my family, and all those inconsiderate people seem not to matter. They don't matter.....I go home safe, and that is all that matters.
So I was suppose to meet up with some friends to go shooting this afternoon, but the weather was not the best, and we decided it would be batter to meet up in March, and maybe some flowers will be in bloom. Let's hope.
I also did not get to use the macro lens as much as I would have liked, but I think Steve will let me borrow it again, since I cleaned it for him :)
All for now.....I may write tomorrow, but I might not....tomorrow is the 10 year anniversary of my best friends death. I may not be up for writing...but if I do, I will tell you about him. Incidentally, he is why this family is in love with wolves now.
O yeah, forgot to put up some pictures...... :)
Kona being very helpful to Mommy and getting her the Boppy when she needs it.

HAHAHA...love Reese's new spot!!!
I am so there with you on the traffic around here... as well as the inconsiderate people. You read my blog enough to know how I feel about all this busyness.
Loved the other pics, too. Hate you couldn't go out and shoot some today but it really was a dreary day. Of course, I won't complain... we need the rain. :)
Ok, your rant sounds like me. No wonder we get along. BTW, it does not matter if it is Apex or San Diego, it is all over. Anyplace with any population is like what you described.
Great pictures. Where's Kona's back legs?
