Today Heather, Gillian, Kona and I went to Community Park In Apex this afternoon. It is about a 2.5 mile green way around a lake, well a big pond from where I grew up. We had a great time, it was so nice outside today that we had to get out of the house. That and I think Heather is going a little crazy being inside most of the time. :) Sadly, I did not take my camera. I know, everyone is shocked. I just wanted to get out and enjoy it. Besides I had to wrangle with Kona, as she was very excited to be in a new place. I will be taking it next time we go, as there was a lot of wildlife on the trail.
Yesterday Heather and I went to the grocery store and Gillian stayed with Elana and Catherine. Heather and I started Weight Watchers today and needed to get some healthier food. Right now I am 221, and want to get down to 180-175. This is the weight I was at before I got sick and had to start taking a lot of Prednisone. If you have ever been on it, you know what I mean. If you have never been on it, consider yourself very lucky....
Took this picture yesterday as Heather said she did her hair and actually looked nice so she wanted a picture of her and Gillian. I tell her everyday that she looks wonderful, so I don't know what she is thinking :)
That is all for now, hope everyone had a great weekend, and I will write later.

Good luck with the WW buddy. Guess that means no more nachos at the arena. :-)
Morgan, Cassie and I were walking that lake almost every weekend last year before the move. We really liked the area.
Work that WW, guys!!!!!
That was our favorite little walk. We always took bread to feed the geese and ducks. That was sooo much fun.
I'll need to check out that park!!
I did WW and had success. It changes the way you think about food. :)
Glad you all got out and enjoyed that beautiful day yesterday.
When we did WW before I lost over 50 pounds in about 10 months. I kept it off for about 8 months then started the Pred. This time I am keeping it off..
Did not know all about the ducks and other birds. Next time bread, and camera. :)
