Well, we finally went to get Gillie's haircut. We have been talking about doing it for a few weeks now. She absolutely hates to have any kind of bow or clip in her hair, and will remove it constantly. I usually put it back in her hair, but Casey lets her leave it out. So, she walks around with her hair hanging in her face, which drives me crazy! So, I agreed that it was time to do something about it. We went to "Snip-Its" which is a hair salon for children. Gillie sat on my lap and was very still for her haircut. I decided to go ahead and have bangs cut, even though I'm not sure now whether that was the best thing to do or not. She just looks so different now! I think it will just take me a few days to get used to it. It's funny how much of a hard time I am having with this...I think it's because she looks less like a baby with her hair cut. I don't know if that makes sense or not. Casey keeps telling me that it's just hair and it will grow back, but it just looks so different. I mean, Gillie is adorable no matter what! I'll probably still keep trying to put the bows in her hair!:) Anyway, here are a few pictures:

She's still a cutie!!
On a side note: Some friends of ours have a little boy who is about 3 years old. He is currently in the hospital (in the ICU) after having 3 seizures since Sunday. He is doing better today, but it has been a rough week for the family. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
