Happy Halloween! We had such a fun time trick-or-treating with Gillie tonight. We thought she would last for about 30 minutes and we'd head back home to hand out candy, but she was so into it! I think we wandered around the neighborhood for about an hour and a half (with a stop at a friend's house to eat some candy). Needless to say, we didn't end up handing out any of our own candy, so we have LOTS right now! I think Casey and I will both be bringing some to work to put in the break room!
Gillie dressed up as Dorothy from "The Wizard of Oz." Grammie (Casey's mom) made the costume, and it was just so cute! We found Gillie some sparkling red shoes, which she loves. She was adorable. She would attempt to say "trick or treat" sometimes, but she always said "thank you" and "bye." Sometimes she said "more" as well!:) It was just a really fun time. Here are a few pictures:

How cute!!! I love the one of her standing behind Emma too! You have to send some copies to Pop.
